- Handling documents and correspondence related to Small Claims, Landlord/Tenant, Social Security, In-Home Supportive Services, Consumer Problems, Medi-Cal Medicare. Filing completed documents (including transcribed declaration attachments) related to court hearings.
- Investigating and providing information networks related to housing issues, evictions, outreach programs, and transportation services.
- Developing and coordinating food bank program for Seniors and persons-in-need at senior complexes.
- Drafting grants and proposals for human and capital funding projects.
