(GAP) GUARDIANSHIP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Provides information and assistance with guardianship forms and prepares for filing with the court clerk. Explains requirements for service and follow-up service. Instructs clients on how to access Probate Court’s web page and clear posted deficiency notes prior to client’s next scheduled court appearance. Writes declaration attachments to clarify parental circumstances.
